The community of West Springs runs north from Bow Trail to Old Banff Coach Rd, east & west of 85th St. This is a community comprised primarily of two storey's and bungalows, homes built post 2000, with some newer construction as well. Here you will enjoy access to downtown, local services, paths and parks and three great schools within the community.
